This policy outlines your rights as a Dayaara customer, how to return or exchange a product, and what to expect during the refund process. We've kept it simple, fair, and transparent — because that's who we are.

Refund Process
Once your return is approved and the item has been inspected, refunds are processed promptly. Here's what you can expect.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. The timeline may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchange Policy
We offer free size and colour exchanges on all eligible products. If the item you want is in stock, we'll dispatch your exchange order as soon as we receive the original item.
Exchange requests follow the same eligibility criteria as returns and must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality control reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Damaged or Wrong Item
We take every precaution to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologise and will resolve it immediately.
International Orders
We ship to 40+ countries and want our international customers to have the same smooth experience as our customers in India. Please note the following for international returns.
