Website Usage Rules

By visiting and using dayaara.com, you agree to use the website lawfully, responsibly, and in a manner that does not harm Dayaara, its customers, or any third party. The following rules apply to all users without exception.

You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on Dayaara. By using our website, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, or national laws or regulations.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, its servers, or any connected databases or systems.

You may not transmit any malicious code, viruses, spam, or harmful data through or to this website.

You may not scrape, copy, reproduce, or systematically extract content or data from this website without prior written permission from Dayaara.

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account, placing an order, or contacting our support team.

Dayaara reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the website at any time if these rules are violated.

Governing Jurisdiction

Dayaara operates exclusively within India. All transactions, legal matters, and disputes are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.

Section 02

Product Availability

Dayaara offers a curated collection of ethnic Indian wear. While we strive to keep our inventory accurate and up to date, availability is subject to the following terms:

All products on our website are subject to availability. Listing a product does not guarantee that it is in stock at the time of purchase.

In the event a product is found to be out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or an alternative product of equal value.

Product images on the website are as accurate as possible. However, slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings, photography lighting, or fabric dye batches. This is not a defect.

Dayaara reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. Discontinued products will be removed from the website as soon as possible.

We operate exclusively within India. We do not ship to international destinations. All products are available for delivery within India only.

India Delivery Only

Dayaara currently delivers only within India. We do not accept international orders or ship to any location outside of India at this time.

Section 03

Pricing Changes

All prices displayed on the Dayaara website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Dayaara reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.

In the event of a pricing error on the website, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price and issue a full refund.

Promotional prices, discount codes, and sale prices are valid only for the period specified and cannot be applied retroactively to past orders.

Discount codes are single-use, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are additional to the product price and will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is made.

Price Lock on Confirmed Orders

Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, the price is locked. Any subsequent price increases on the website will not affect your order. Your confirmation email serves as your price receipt.

Copyright & Content

All content on the Dayaara website — including but not limited to text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos, icons, illustrations, and design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Dayaara and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Dayaara content without prior written consent.

You may not use Dayaara's brand name, logo, or any brand assets in any marketing, advertising, or promotional material without written permission.

Unauthorised use of Dayaara's intellectual property may result in legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957 and other applicable Indian laws.

Section 05

Payment Terms

Dayaara accepts multiple payment methods to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible. All transactions are processed securely through certified third-party payment gateways.

Full payment is required at the time of placing the order. We do not offer any buy-now-pay-later or instalment options unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Dayaara does not store your card details, UPI credentials, or banking information on our servers. All payment data is handled by our certified payment gateway partners.

If a payment is declined or fails, your order will not be confirmed. Please retry or use an alternative payment method. Contact your bank if the issue persists.

All prices and transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR) only. No foreign currency transactions are accepted.

Secure Payments

All payment transactions are encrypted with SSL technology and processed by PCI-DSS compliant gateways. Your financial data is completely secure when you shop with Dayaara.

Section 06

Fraud Orders

Dayaara has a zero-tolerance policy towards fraudulent activity. We actively monitor all orders and transactions for suspicious patterns to protect our customers and our business.

Any order suspected of being placed with stolen payment credentials, false identity, or fraudulent intent will be immediately cancelled and reported to the appropriate authorities.

Dayaara reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion if fraud is suspected, without being obligated to provide a reason.

Placing an order with false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information constitutes fraud and may result in legal action.

Chargeback abuse — filing a chargeback with your bank for a legitimate order that was correctly fulfilled — is considered fraud. Dayaara will contest all illegitimate chargebacks and may take legal action.

Customers who repeatedly place and cancel COD orders, or refuse COD deliveries without genuine reason, may have their COD privileges revoked and their accounts flagged.

Dayaara cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and will provide all necessary information to support fraud investigations.

Account Suspension

Accounts found to be involved in any fraudulent activity will be permanently suspended without notice. Any pending orders associated with such accounts will be cancelled immediately and no refunds will be issued.

Section 07

Cancellation Rights

We understand that circumstances can change. Here is everything you need to know about your right to cancel an order placed with Dayaara.

Dayaara reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion — due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other valid reasons. You will be fully refunded if we cancel your order.

Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

The content, products, and services on the Dayaara website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Dayaara makes every effort to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dayaara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or business — arising from your use of or inability to use our website or services.

Dayaara's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order to which the claim relates.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

Dayaara reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
