This policy outlines your rights as a Dayaara customer, how to return or exchange a product, and what to expect during the refund process. We've kept it simple, fair, and transparent — because that's who we are.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions. Please read carefully before initiating a return request.

All original tags are intact and attached
Item is in its original packaging
Item has been worn, altered, or washed
Tags have been removed or tampered with

Please Note
Returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria will be sent back to the customer at their cost. We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery and raising any concerns within 48 hours.

Receive Return Approval
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and send you a Return Authorisation confirmation with instructions.

Pack & Ship the Item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Ship it to our address using any reliable courier. Please retain the tracking number — you'll need it.

Item Received & Inspected
Once we receive the item, our quality team will inspect it within 2–3 business days and confirm whether it meets the return criteria.

Refund or Exchange Processed
Upon approval, your refund will be initiated or your exchange dispatched within 5–7 business days. You'll be notified every step of the way.
Return Shipping Cost
For returns due to personal preference (size, colour, change of mind), the return shipping cost is borne by the customer. For defective or wrong items sent by us, return shipping is fully covered by Dayaara.

Exchange Policy

We offer free size and colour exchanges on all eligible products. If the item you want is in stock, we'll dispatch your exchange order as soon as we receive the original item.

Exchange requests follow the same eligibility criteria as returns and must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Stock Availability
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size or colour is unavailable, we'll offer you a full refund or store credit as an alternative.

For hygiene and quality control reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Damaged or Wrong Item

We take every precaution to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologise and will resolve it immediately.

International returns must be shipped using a trackable courier service. Dayaara is not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping. Please retain your tracking number.

Frequently Asked

Can I return a sale or discounted item?
Items purchased at regular price are fully returnable within 7 days. Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code may be exchanged for store credit but are generally not eligible for a cash refund, unless defective. Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
No worries! We offer free size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Simply reach out to us on WhatsApp or email and we'll arrange it for you. We recommend checking our size guide before ordering to ensure the best fit.
How will I know when my refund is processed?
You will receive an email and WhatsApp notification at each stage — when we receive your return, when it's inspected, and when the refund is initiated. We keep you informed every step of the way.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement at no charge. After 12 hours, your order may have already been dispatched and the standard return process will apply. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp for the fastest response.
What if my return is rejected?
If a return does not meet our eligibility criteria (e.g. signs of wear, missing tags, raised after 7 days), we will notify you with a detailed explanation. The item will be returned to you at your cost. If you believe the decision is incorrect, you can write to us and we will review the case personally.
Do you offer COD refunds?
Yes. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via NEFT bank transfer. Please share your bank account details (account number and IFSC code) when raising the return request. Refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days.
